We’re often asked about the process of creating the art work to tell the story.  Brady comes up with the ideas, draws concept sketches, finalizes one and inks it by hand.  Then he colors the image in photoshop (or sometimes Felicia does that), adds all the shading, the special effects, and voila!   Here’s an example from the cover of Issue 3.

Sometimes the backgrounds are made with photographs Felicia takes, like the sky on this cover.

Welcome to Wombat Rue, the exciting saga that features Wombat Rue, Copper Jack and Jade Muse as they follow the trail of Quinn the Conqueror – a brilliant, fearless and diabolical leader who conquered everything in his path – until he mysteriously vanished. 

Even without battling Quinn’s masive army of wolves, Alanova still collapsed under the strain of preparing for war and scarce supplies.  At loose ends, Rue, Jack and Jade seek an ancient treasure-the original source of Quinn’s tremendous power, in hopes of using it to revive Alanova.  But they discover the war is not over yet.
